CN Group scores highly again in 2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey


For the second year in a row, more than 50 % of our customers rated CN Group ‘Excellent’ in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey covered the year 2015 and 64 % - 4 % more than last year – gave us the top rating. Our ‘Very Good’ rating this year was also up by 5 % to 32 %. This is CN Group’s best result ever since the survey was started in 2001.
