CN Group hosts 2nd Partnership Programme Conference in Prague


Following a weekend of very cold weather, Prague turned on its sunny side and the snows melted for the second CN Group Partnership Programme Conference on28th and 29th January. Delegates from six Partners, including for the first time Procter & Gamble and Eurofunk, took part, along with CN Group managers, project managers and team leaders.

The main themes of the conference were: Finding, training and keeping talent in a world of severe IT skills shortages; managing successful Agile development and testing projects; and the main IT challenges facing Partners today. The Agile symposium featured two fascinating and inspiring keynote presentations from Danijela Nandi of Bauer Media and Annika Elfström of Stena Line. In a third keynote, Gregor Meissner of Procter & Gamble explained how they went about finding a Nearshore Partner, CN Group.

In addition to busy work sessions there were numerous social breaks, including dinner on the banks of the Vltava River, with the chance for delegates who wouldn’t normally meet each other to network and discuss common challenges. As was found at the first conference, these informal sessions were probably the most valuable feature of the second Partnership Programme Conference.
