CN Group scores highly in 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey


CN Group scored hightly with customers for the quality of the services it delivered and for value received. For the first time, more that half, 60% of customers, gave CN Group the highest rating, Excellent. 27% rated CN as Very Good, the second highest rating. This is a significant improvement on  last year when the ratings were 41% Excellent, 45% Very Good.
