Customer Satisfaction Survey

We would like to share with you the results of our yearly customer satisfaction survey. The survey focuses on following areas: timely delivery, errors in deliveries, ability to react to client requests, suitable support, professionalism and courtesy of the project team, timely information on project status, administrative tasks and ability to understand client needs and requirements.

We are rated excellent by 38% of our customers (35% in 2011), very good by 59% of our clients (46% in 2011) and average by 3% (19% in 2011). We have again 0% in the categories not satisfied and poor. These results are for the work and projects we performed in 2012.

The QA department of CN Group runs customer surveys since 2001 and we see a clear trend in growing client satisfaction.
